Cancellation Policy
I)
Cancellation of workshop by Nikonians
In the unlikely event that there are less
than 6 seats booked for a session, out of the 12 available, Nikonians
reserves the right to cancel that workshop. In this case, all members
who may have previously paid for such workshop will be refunded
in full.
II)
Cancellation of attendance to a workshop by a member
Whether due to a personal schedule conflict
or any other reason, the member cancelling may opt for a transfer
of his reservation to another later workshop, or request a refund.
Requests for refund will have a $25 USD charge per order and will
be refunded in full -minus the $25 USD- if we can sell the cancelled
seat(s) at such workshop(s). Otherwise, the member will receive
a voucher for the pro shop in the amount of the full price of the
cancelled workshop(2) minus the $25 USD charge per order.
